OUR OBJECTIVES

1. To carry out improvement efforts aimed at enhancing quality and contribute to continuous quality improvement by monitoring service performance.
2. To prevent risks related to the services provided.
3. To view services from the patient’s perspective, improving satisfaction and raising the overall health level of the community we serve.
4. To identify and prevent any situations that may harm human and environmental health in waste disposal.
5. To provide the necessary infrastructure for employees to work in a safe and peaceful environment, taking into account the team’s perspective.

OUR GOALS

1. To not just maintain quality, but to fulfill the planned elements of our efforts toward continuous improvement and become the best in our field.
2. To work regularly to minimize risks that may arise from facilities or operations in the area we serve, collaborating with occupational health and safety (OHS) to constantly check and complete any deficiencies.
3. To resolve patient concerns through patient representatives, focusing on healthy individuals, improving the quality of life for CKD patients, treating comorbidities, and achieving patient satisfaction, which leads to a satisfied community = quality = becoming the preferred choice.
4. To identify and eliminate anything that may harm human or environmental health, establishing a reputation for being eco-friendly and forward-thinking.
5. To create a team that works in harmony, is informed through in-service training, is recognized for its performance, and enjoys working in a peaceful environment with resolved issues through collaboration with employee representatives.
